Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at gemartefact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Kindly provide photos of the item and packaging to assist with your claim.

  • Necklaces: We accept returns for necklaces within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Items that are customized or made to order cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
